Unprofessional design teams may not be able to understand customer needs in-depth when doing laboratory design, causing certain laboratory design risks. Risk 1: The laboratory design company does not understand the equipment installation requirements, causing the laboratory equipment to be unable to install, such as:
X-ray diffraction equipment requires circulating water (divided into internal and external units). According to the installation requirements of the equipment, the distance between the internal and external units of the circulating water should not exceed 4 meters, and the internal unit and the instrument host should not exceed 8 meters. For example: (23±1)°C, (50±5)%, 88h; therefore, when the sample volume is large, a constant temperature and humidity room needs to be built, and the placement of the internal unit of the constant temperature and humidity air conditioner needs to be considered.
