Test purpose

Furniture in the long-term use of the process, affected by temperature, humidity and other environmental factors, prone to crack, deformation and other problems. Therefore, the temperature and humidity test is carried out to test the service life and durability of the furniture under different environmental conditions.

Test method

1. Temperature test

Put the tested furniture into the constant temperature and humidity box, set different temperature values, and observe the deformation degree of the tested furniture and whether there are cracks and other problems after a certain period of time.

2. Humidity test

Put the tested furniture into the constant temperature and humidity box, set different humidity values, and observe the deformation degree of the tested furniture and whether there are cracks and other problems after a certain time.

3. Loop test

Put the tested furniture into a constant temperature and humidity box, and intermittently change the temperature and humidity to simulate environmental changes in different seasons. After a certain period of time, observe the degree of deformation of the tested furniture and whether there are problems such as cracking.
