Laboratory pollution prevention and treatment should comply with relevant national laws and regulations, and for the use of explosive, toxic, biologically hazardous and polluting substances Laboratory planning. When planning a system laboratory, it should comply with relevant regulations on safety, protection, evacuation, and environmental protection.
1. Laboratory waste liquid treatment
The treatment of laboratory waste liquids adopts different methods according to the nature, composition, etc., and the laboratory planning company should adopt separate collection methods for different types of waste liquids, and it is strictly forbidden to discharge the waste liquids directly. The laboratory should separate and collect inorganic waste liquid, organic waste liquid, and highly toxic waste liquid, and make relevant labels to prevent mixing, avoid chemical reactions between wastes, and perform simple acid-base neutralization. Record, transfer the collected waste liquid to a transfer station, and periodically transfer it to a qualified waste liquid treatment institution for treatment. The waste liquid barrel is generally acid and alkali-resistant high-density polyethylene waste liquid barrel. It is forbidden to mix waste liquids that are not of different categories or that may cause abnormal reactions.
The monitoring method standards of some projects promulgated and implemented in recent years have made simple requirements for waste disposal, such as the "Pressurized Fluid Extraction Method for the Extraction of Soil and Sediment Organic Matter" HJ 783-2016 requires "Experiments in Waste Disposal Hazardous wastes such as organic waste liquids should be stored separately, kept in a centralized manner, and sent to qualified units for disposal". The "Spectrophotometric Method for the Determination of Soil Cyanide and Total Cyanide" HJ 745-2015 requires that the waste liquid generated in the experiment should be collected and clearly marked in the waste disposal. For example, the poisonous waste liquid (cyanide) is entrusted with Qualified unit processing.

2. Laboratory waste gas treatment
Laboratory waste gas is mainly divided into two categories, acid mist and organic gas. The operations that produce the two types of pollution should be carried out in different fume hoods, and the generated waste gas should be treated by the waste gas treatment device before being discharged.
Note: Acid mist gas should be absorbed and treated with alkaline aqueous solution, and organic waste gas should be treated with high-efficiency absorption device.
3. Laboratory solid waste treatment
For highly toxic soluble solid waste, special containers should be set up to collect them separately during laboratory planning. Other solid waste can be treated in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations, specifically in accordance with the "General Industrial Solid Waste Storage Control Standard" GB 18599 and other relevant national regulations.
