The ICPE-9800 series has an innovative Eco operating mode that further reduces the argon flow rate to 5L/min during standby between samples. The transition from Eco mode back to regular analysis mode takes only 1 second. The instrument is equipped with a high-precision full-mass flow control system and a fairly stable high-frequency generator system to ensure excellent stability of mode switching. Combined with Shimadzu's multi-year Mini torch system, vacuum light chamber and 99.95% argon stable operation technology, the combined use of the four technologies can save 70% argon costs.
